Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead and execute our pre-owned car business strategy across multiple brands. You’ll be responsible for business planning, stock management, forecasting, marketing campaigns, and process optimization to grow revenue, enhance customer experience, and support dealer performance across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national used car sales strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
- Forecast and analyze used car sales performance, market trends, and profitability.
- Manage reconditioning costs, trade-in ratios, and inventory aging.
- Lead used car marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Implement demo car fleet control and ensure effective de-fleeting process.
- Coordinate with Aftersales to ensure refurbished stock meets retail standards.
- Support HR functions: recruitment, succession planning, performance appraisals.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for used car KPIs and business performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years in automotive sales, including 4+ years in a Used Car Manager role.
- Hands-on experience with demo fleet management and vehicle reconditioning.
- Proficient in SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in the GCC and working with premium brands is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs on engines, drivetrains, and chassis components.
- Handle replacement of brake systems, clutches, suspensions, and steering units.
- Diagnose and rectify issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Document technical feedback to OEMs for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Deliver high-quality repairs to reduce rework and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.

Role Overview
As a Branch Accountant, you will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure day-to-day financial activities are executed in alignment with compliance and operational excellence. You will play a key role in invoicing, budget control, stock reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Process unit and rental invoicing for Commercial Vehicles (CV), including Hino and Toyota Material Handling Equipment (TMHE).
- Validate sales order conditions and recovery balances prior to invoicing.
- Coordinate VAT refunds and handle export billing procedures in SAP.
- Manage BOE submissions and ensure timely gate pass issuance for invoiced units.
- Oversee accounts receivable follow-up and collaborate with managers on overdue accounts.
- Calculate expected collections and recommend provision releases.
- Perform monthly stock reconciliations and individual inventory verification.
- Manage CapEx requests and ensure procurement compliance for Hino and TMHE divisions.
- Monitor GL accounts and assist in balance sheet substantiation.
- Prepare financial dashboards and MIS reports for internal presentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or MBA in Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong ERP knowledge (preferably SAP, BPC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and SOP adherence.
