Managerial Duties

This role is responsible for managing strategic and financial planning for the Digital & FinTech portfolio at STC. The Strategy Manager ensures alignment between strategic goals and portfolio execution, oversees planning cycles, and acts as the central point of communication for all related corporate, legal, and operational activities within digital subsidiaries and ventures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead alignment of financial and strategic planning across the Digital & FinTech Portfolio.
  • Facilitate and report on strategy execution through quarterly Strategy Review Meetings (SRMs).
  • Translate strategic goals into measurable targets and outcomes.
  • Support new market strategy planning and assess fulfillment of operational objectives.
  • Oversee both Strategy to Execution (S2E) and Business-as-Usual (BaU) budgeting cycles.
  • Convert strategic directives into actionable programs and initiatives aligned with STC goals.
  • Review the progress of digital subsidiaries and operational companies (OpCos) against strategic KPIs.
