Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Group: Corporate & Institutional Banking

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Job Purpose

The Senior Relationship Manager plays a key role in client coverage and business development by delivering comprehensive banking solutions. The role ensures that client relationships are maintained with the highest level of professionalism and strategic insight, aligned with credit, treasury, and institutional banking teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ financial needs and align them with sustainable investment and lending solutions, in coordination with product and credit teams.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, identify business opportunities, and communicate updates with internal teams.
  • Deliver a full suite of banking services including transaction banking, debt markets, Islamic products, and treasury services.
  • Manage key corporate accounts, build strong long-term relationships, and guide clients on banking decisions and product offerings.
  • Conduct regular meetings with portfolio clients, presenting tailored products and solutions to increase client satisfaction and revenues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient handling of requests, issue resolution, and service coordination across departments.
  • Collaborate with teams such as IBSA, Treasury, and Global Transaction Services to provide integrated financial solutions.
  • Collect and analyze credit-related documents from clients and support Credit partners during credit assessments.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and ensure optimal portfolio returns as per banking segment standards.
  • Prepare and submit Credit Review Applications, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with credit policies.
  • Maintain portfolio health by monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance (KYCC), and managing exposure quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate Banking.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Credit Review processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Strategic & Digital Transformation Manager

Division: Corporate and Institutional Banking

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Job Purpose

The Strategic & Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for driving and managing digital initiatives across the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. This includes leading transformation projects, optimizing business processes, implementing IT systems, and enhancing customer experience through measurable KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead program management for the delivery of Digital Transformation Projects within CIB.
  • Prepare and present updates for senior management forums and decision-making committees.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans that align with the division’s transformation strategy.
  • Analyze and assess business processes, identifying improvement areas for streamlining and efficiency.
  • Design, configure, and test new processes, ensuring integration with application systems per business requirements.
  • Define and track Customer Experience KPIs and implement customer journey SLAs.
  • Conduct customer surveys and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and guide cost/time savings across transformation initiatives.
  • Manage the IT book of work in alignment with ATP (Annual Technology Plan) budgets.
  • Oversee and ensure timely implementation of IT projects and rollouts.
  • Perform system analysis, propose solution architectures, and manage vendor interactions for evaluations and upgrades.
  • Ensure quality and cost control during the execution phase with vendors.
  • Prioritize risk mitigation and raise MSIIs (Material Strategic Initiative Issues) when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in digital transformation or similar roles.
