Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of major multidiscipline engineering studies and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery from conceptual design through implementation and commissioning. The role involves team leadership, project control, stakeholder engagement, and HSE oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Oversee project scope, budget, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory standards.
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and change control documentation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build future leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years in project management of infrastructure or oil and gas projects.
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001, project planning tools, cost control systems.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Eligible for Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.

Smart 3D Administrator – Oil & Gas Projects

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Smart 3D Administrator to lead the setup, customization, and maintenance of our Smart 3D environment. This role supports high-value oil and gas engineering projects, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and system performance for plant modeling and design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Smart 3D (S3D) systems, catalog libraries, and databases.
- Manage user access, security roles, and backups aligned with industry best practices.
- Support database optimization, data accuracy, and catalog standardization for oil & gas assets.
- Customize reports, symbols, scripts, and interface tools tailored to piping and process designs.
- Provide user training and develop internal documentation, SOPs, and help guides.
- Assist project teams in setting up S3D projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with piping, structural, and E&I disciplines to integrate 3D models across workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical), Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Smart 3D Administrator in oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of Smart 3D architecture, database structure, and customization techniques.
- Understanding of ASME/API piping codes and Saudi Aramco or international standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, user support, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Intergraph tools such as SmartPlant P&ID or Smart Materials is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BIM methodologies in oil & gas.
- Smart 3D rule customization and catalog development experience.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco project documentation and systems.
- Certifications in Smart 3D or related Intergraph tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., MS Office, Aspen HYSYS, or similar).
- Effective communication skills and experience in client-facing environments.
