This role holder is for maintaining SAR’s forecast model and implementing improvements as the business grows. This role holder is also responsible for the financial planning and investment analysis for SAR.

Department: Strategic Management Office.

Core Responsibilities:

Provides analytical support in determining the feasibility of potential transactions and associated impact to SAR’s financials.
Leads analytical research and report on financial information as well as monitor financial movements within the market.
Reviews existing processes and procedures to develop recommendation for business improvements by creating and delivering to management detailed presentations for all the analytical outputs such as investments, annual budget, etc.
Reviews budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management.
Reviews financial data analysis and create financial models for decision support.
Facilitates improvement in financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances and recommend actions to the management.
Develops and maintains confidential protected databases to monitor business performance and provide management into any risks or opportunities.
Coordinates requirements for efficient automated accounting to increase productivity and ensure verified information backups.
Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
Develops initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or Economics.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
