Commercial & Estimation Management Role at NEOM (SMP Contract)

NEOM, one of the largest sustainable development initiatives in the Middle East, is hiring for a Commercial & Estimation Management position under a Supplementary Manpower (SMP) Contract. The selected candidate will be hired through an SMP Vendor and work directly with NEOM’s Commercial Department on strategic project planning, contract monitoring, and cost estimation.

Role Summary

This position supports NEOM’s operational departments by preparing cost estimates, managing commercial reporting, and overseeing contract performance. It also involves close collaboration with procurement, legal, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates across departments.
Assist with contract negotiations and variation claims.
Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in procurement activities.
Monitor ongoing contract performance and compliance.
Support the finalization of commercial documentation.
Develop and maintain commercial databases and dashboards.
Generate reports on change management and commercial impact.
Propose improvements to internal policies and contract workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with international contracts and tendering procedures.
