The selected candidate will be hired through an SMP Vendor and work directly with NEOM’s Commercial Department on strategic project planning, contract monitoring, and cost estimation.
Role Summary
This position supports NEOM’s operational departments by preparing cost estimates, managing commercial reporting, and overseeing contract performance. It also involves close collaboration with procurement, legal, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates across departments.
- Assist with contract negotiations and variation claims.
- Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in procurement activities.
- Monitor ongoing contract performance and compliance.
- Support the finalization of commercial documentation.
- Develop and maintain commercial databases and dashboards.
