Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in helping clients align their IT infrastructure with business goals, while driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure Cloud, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess current IT infrastructure and align it with strategic business objectives.
• Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions, including Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, Active Directory Services, and MS SQL.
• Advise on and design Cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft environments.
• Stay informed on the latest Microsoft trends, tools, and best practices.
• Deliver client workshops and training sessions to encourage solution adoption and proper usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support or consulting roles.
• Proven experience in Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Exchange, AD, SQL, Azure).
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, M365 Administrator) are a strong plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

About the Role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a Microsoft Consultant or IT Infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud architecture, migration, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
