Performance Management Manager

The Performance Management Manager is responsible for leading program and portfolio governance across the DBS organization. This role oversees performance tracking, reporting, and strategic alignment of initiatives to ensure delivery on DBS’s business objectives. The Manager works closely with vertical leads, initiative owners, and senior leadership to monitor initiative health, drive governance reviews, and provide executive-level insights that enable informed decision-making and value realization.

Responsibilities:

Drive program and portfolio management frameworks for all DBS strategic initiatives.
Monitor and report on initiative health, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and value realization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive portfolio summaries to support strategic planning.
Facilitate monthly portfolio governance meetings with vertical leaders and DBS executive leadership.
Ensure alignment of portfolio activities with DBS’s annual business plan and long-term strategic goals.
Coordinate with initiative owners, PMOs, and performance leads to track progress and resolve issues.
Support the preparation of board-level insights, performance reports, and strategic presentations.
Identify risks, interdependencies, and resource conflicts across initiatives, escalating where necessary.
Champion portfolio optimization by advising on prioritization based on business impact and capacity.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise PMO, portfolio management, or strategic program delivery roles.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Program Consultant certification.
Strong command of reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or Smartsheet).
Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives in a digital, consulting, or IT environment.
