Location: Nadec Head Office (with travel to other locations as needed)
Job Purpose
To facilitate all of Nadec’s IT projects, track progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Corporate PMO and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Project Planning & Management
- Identify and manage scope or timeline changes.
- Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to meet milestones.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings for effective communication.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date project schedules.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and branding standards.
- Oversee team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and issue resolution.

- Support the development of policies and systems for efficient operations.

This role is based at Nadec’s head office with required travel to other company locations based on business needs.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Certified in PRINCE2 or PMP.
Experience
- 3–4 years in IT application project management, preferably SAP-related projects.
Skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities.

Lead – Automation (MES & E&A)
Location: Assigned Areas – Travel required as needed
Job Purpose
Lead the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Automation (E&A) in both factories according to international standards and company policies. Ensure system reliability, plant performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Contribution
- Implement the annual business plan and strategic agenda for the Supply Chain department.
Leadership
- Promote Nadec’s values and strategy to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
Budgeting
- Lead budgeting processes and monitor financial performance to identify areas of improvement.
Maintenance & Improvement
- Oversee automation software, MES infrastructure, instrumentation, and calibration maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and competency development for Automation personnel.
People Development
- Coach MES-E&A engineers and technicians, ensuring talent development and alignment with business needs.
Project Management
- Lead and execute electrical and automation projects across both factories.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with business strategies.
- Implement system modifications for PLC, HMI, MES, and MIS.
Compliance
- Ensure all MES and automation activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Change Control
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all software changes.

Experience

Specialist – Industrial Application

Job Purpose
Oversee the development and deployment of software applications to optimize industrial operations. Lead teams to create systems that support manufacturing goals, streamline processes, and improve productivity.

- Develop and customize industrial applications to support operations.

- Fluency in English (required); Arabic is preferred.
