By collaborating with local site project managers to establish a consistent project controls setup that aligns with industry the best practices across various projects. You will engage with the Commercial Project Management team to identify potential project impacts and implement effective solutions, while also focusing on driving improvements in project controls processes and tools. This hands-on role demands the ability to lead multiple deliverables under pressure, ensuring excellence in project execution and delivery.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Manage the overall project schedule, focusing on critical path scheduling to ensure timely project delivery.
Measure and report progress using earned value concepts and S-Curves for effective performance tracking.
Oversee resource management to optimize project efficiency and allocation.
Assist in identifying and managing project risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
Implement change management concepts, including the documentation of delay claims.
Support internal and external project reviews, fulfilling various reporting requirements.
Provide coaching and mentoring project teams on project controls concepts to foster skill development.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an MBA is advantageous, with over 10 years of relevant experience in large global oil and gas projects and collaboration with EPCs.
Comprehensive knowledge of project controls concepts, practices, and procedures, including Earned Value Management techniques.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Projects for developing, maintaining, and updating detailed schedules, along with strong ERP experience (e.g., SAP).
High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, coupled with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead effectively under pressure and work successfully in a team environment.
IPMA/PMP certification preferred, with prior project management experience required.

You will be part of our regional hub sales support team for Compression, preparing customer quotes for spare parts opportunities, repair opportunities as well as full outage projects incl. field service. This position will advise and support Client Managers to determine customer needs and to identify service opportunities. You will coordinate between the Product Competence Centers (PCCs) and various stakeholders (i.e., supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, service project management, client managers).

This role will report into the Head of Sales Support – Bid Management Middle East for Compression and will be based out of Dammam, KSA.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals.
Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team.
Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.
Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals.
Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders.
Participate in process improvement activities.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.
Knowledge of Rotating Equipment and sales cycles and processes and CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar systeM), MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential
Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation and methodical with a high level of attention to detail
Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense and effective communication skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed with good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
It is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team with experience in working with Sales calculations
