Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Sales Engineer to lead technical-commercial activities across our Fire Protection, HVAC, Fabrication, and Energy Systems divisions. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, excellent sales experience, and existing connections within Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, MODON, and EPC contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business across Fire, Fabrication, and Power solutions.
- Lead technical pre-sales: RFQs, proposals, bid packages, and compliance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with EPC contractors and government/industrial clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: contact → proposal → negotiation → closure → support.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and PM teams for project execution.
- Manage CRM pipeline, forecasts, reports, and performance KPIs.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and technical training sessions.
- Ensure product compliance with NFPA, Aramco, SABIC and KSA standards.

- Renewable Energy: Solar Systems, Off-grid, Reserve Power
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- 5–10 years of technical sales or business development in industrial sectors (KSA).
- Experience with Aramco, SABIC, SEC, EPCs, etc.
- Strong product knowledge: fire, fabrication, power, HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
- CRM/ERP, Microsoft Office, and pipeline reporting proficiency.
- Saudi Driving License and transferable Iqama (for expatriates).
- Bilingual: Arabic & English fluency required.
Preferred Certifications
- NFPA Certification (Fire Systems)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 / 45001)
- Saudi Council of Engineers Membership
- Familiarity with SAP / ERP / CRM systems
Media Monitoring Analyst – 24/7 News Desk
Department: Media Monitoring & Inquiries Group
Location: Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts (24/7 coverage)
Position Overview
The Media Monitoring Analyst is part of the core team responsible for 24/7 news and media tracking across all platforms, including mentions of Aramco, the oil & gas industry, and related global news. This role includes media analytics, inquiry management, and support during crisis communications in close coordination with PR agencies and media relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global media outlets using specialized tools to track mentions related to Aramco, energy, and geopolitical developments.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting key media coverage and insights.
- Develop real-time or ad-hoc reports in response to crises, emerging issues, or executive requests.
- Log, track, and route incoming media inquiries in coordination with Media Relations and internal departments.
- Support communication activities during crisis scenarios, aligned with the Corporate Crisis Communications Manual.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in media monitoring, public relations, data analytics, or a similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication. Ability to synthesize data, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams.
- Languages: Arabic (Native) & English (Fluent – both written and spoken).
- Preferred: Understanding of media landscapes and the energy sector, especially in the Middle East.
